Ingredients
- 1 box of your favorite spaghetti
- 2/3 cup Pecorino Romano cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated black pepper
Directions
1.
Prepare
and
cook
the
spaghetti
according
to
the
manufacturer's
instructions.

Once
the
pasta
is
cooked,
strain
it
into
a
serving
bowl
and
reserve
2
cups
of
cooking
water
from
the
pasta.

Sprinkle
1/2
cup
of
the
Pecorino
over
the
pasta
along
with
the
black
pepper,
and
add
1/4
cup
of
the
hot
cooking
water
to
the
bowl.

Toss
the
pasta
well
to
combine,
allowing
the
cheese
to
melt
and
distribute
evenly
throughout
all
of
the
spaghetti.
If
you
would
like
a
creamier
sauce,
add
a
few
more
spoons
of
the
cooking
water
to
the
bowl
and
continue
tossing
until
you
reach
your
desired
consistency.
5.
Sprinkle
the
rest
of
the
Pecorino
over
the
top
of
the
pasta
and
serve
hot.
