Ingredients
- 1/2 recipe Quick and Easy Pizza Dough
- 2 precooked Chicken Cutlets, diced
- 1/2 - 2/3 cup Home-Style Tomato Sauce
- 1 medium plum tomato, chopped
- 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Directions
1.
Preheat
oven
to
500
degrees.
If
using
a
pizza
stone
for
baking,
preheat
your
stone
on
the
bottom
rack
of
your
oven
for
at
least
1
hour
prior
to
baking
your
pizza.

Roll
out
and
shape
the
pizza
dough
to
your
desired
shape
and
thickness.
The
thinner
the
dough,
the
crispier
the
pizza
crust.
For
this
recipe,
a
medium
to
thick
crust
is
recommended.
If
using
a
pizza
peel,
place
semolina
flour
or a
bit
of
cornmeal
on
your
peel
and
then
place
the
pizza
dough
on
the
peel.
If
baking
the
pizza
in a
pan,
make
sure
the
pan
is
non-stick.
Otherwise,
line
your
pan
with
parchment
paper
to
prevent
the
pizza
sticking
to
the
pan.
3.
Using
a
fork,
make
holes
throughout
the
dough
so
that
it
doesn’t
develop
bubbles
while
cooking.
4.
Once
your
oven
or
pizza
stone
is
heated,
place
the
dough
in
the
oven
to
precook
for
4 - 6
minutes,
until
it
just
begins
to
brown.
5.
Remove
immediately
from
the
oven
and
top
with
the
tomato
sauce,
the
mozzarella,
the
diced
cutlets,
chopped
tomato,
and
the sliced
onion.
Cook
for
another
8 -
10 minutes
or
until
the
crust
is a
golden
brown.
6.
Remove
the
pizza
from
the
oven
immediately
and
let
cool
for
approximately
3 - 5
minutes.
Slice
and
serve.
