A great mix of prosciutto, soppressata and salami. An authentic Italian recipe from our kitchen to yours. Buon Appetito!


- ½ pound thin sliced Prosciutto di Parma

- ¼ pound thin sliced sopressata

- ¼ pound hot dry sausage, sliced

- ¼ pound sweet dry sausage, sliced


1.  Remove all salumi from the refrigerator 20 minutes before serving so that they reach room temperature.

2.  Arrange slices on platter and serve with bread and a variety of cheeses.





Always look for the I.G.P. (Indicazione Geografica Protetta) symbol to ensure the product is truly Italian. There are many imposters out there, and all of Italy’s authentic salumi are given this mark as a designation of quality and authenticity of production. If you cannot find authentic products, we recommend that you use the best domestic salumi available.
