Ingredients
- 1 large cantaloupe
- 1/4 pound Prosciutto di Parma
- Assorted olives (optional)
Directions
1.
Cut
the
cantaloupe
in
half,
lengthwise,
and
scoop
out
and
discard
all
of
the
seeds
and
pulp
in
the
center
of
the
melon.
2.
Slice
the
halves
of
the
melon
into
4
slices
each.
3.
Remove
the
rinds
from
all
8
slices
of
the
cantaloupe
and
place
the
finished
slices
on
the
serving
plate.
4.
Add
the
slices
of
prosciutto
to
the
platter
along
with
the
olives
and
arrange
as
desired.
5.
Serve
at
room
temperature.
