Ingredients
- 2 slices rustic bread
- 2 slices Prosciutto di Parma
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 1 tomato
- 2 tablespoons fresh mozzarella, diced
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
Directions
1.
Toast
the
slices
of
bread
to
desired
crispness.
2.
Rub
the
garlic
on
the
toasted
bread.
3.
Slice
the
tomato
and
place
2
slices
on
each
piece
of
bread.
4.
Add
the
slices
of
prosciutto
on
top
of
the
tomato.
5.
Place
1
tablespoon
of
the
diced
mozzarella
on
top
of
each
bruschetta.
6.
Drizzle
a
small
amount
of
olive
oil
over both
slices,
salt
to
taste
and
serve.
